The International Youth Assembly for Dialogue (IYAD) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization led by youth (under 30). We empower young people through diplomacy, humanitarian service, and meaningful dialogues, fostering leadership and advocacy skills aligned with United Nations principles.
We offer professional, inclusive, and transparent opportunities for young people to learn, lead, and make a significant impact locally and globally through Model UN conferences, dialogue programs, capacity building, and humanitarian outreach.

IYAD Programs Overview
IIYAD provides four main programs which concentrate on diplomatic studies and dialogue education and humanitarian work and youth leadership development. The programs create opportunities for young people to participate in international relations work while making a positive impact. Our programs are available for you to explore by clicking the link below.
IYADMUN
Our Model UN program unites student diplomats globally to simulate UN proceedings, develop negotiation skills, and tackle pressing global challenges through consensus and resolution.
IYAD Talks
A dynamic speaker series connecting youth with diplomats, policymakers, and global experts. Gain insights into international relations, humanitarian work, and diplomatic careers through live dialogues.
Humanitarian Outreach Program
Youth-led initiatives address humanitarian needs worldwide. From refugee support to disaster relief, our program translates values into action, creating measurable impact for vulnerable populations.
Global Youth Humanitarian Laureate
Annual award recognizing exceptional young humanitarians. Celebrates outstanding leadership, innovation, and impact in addressing global crises and advancing human dignity.
IYADMUN
Youth Diplomacy
IYADMUN is IYAD's official Model United Nations conference, providing an educational platform for young leaders. Participants develop diplomatic skills through UN-style debates, policy discussions, and resolution writing. The program fosters global understanding, cultural awareness, and diplomatic training, recognizing exceptional delegates with academic awards throughout the year.

IYAD Talks
Dialogue with Global Leaders
IYADTalks is IYAD's primary debate and dialogue program, designed to cultivate confident young leaders. It offers structured forums and workshops for parliamentary debate and international affairs discussions, fostering diplomatic skills, global knowledge, and leadership competencies essential for tackling modern global issues.
Expert Speakers
Ambassadors, UN officials, and policymakers share career insights and frontline experiences.
Interactive Format
Q&A sessions, panel discussions, and small-group conversations foster direct engagement with speakers.
Global Access
Hybrid virtual formats ensure global access, allowing youth from all regions to participate without geographical or resource limitations.

IYAD Humanitarian Outreach Program
Youth-Led Impact
The IYAD Humanitarian Outreach Program functions as a community service program which provides direct assistance to people who need help. The program conducts essential humanitarian work through its food distribution operations and its distribution of educational resources and its support for local shelters and underprivileged communities. The program started its operations in Manila and Jakarta but it plans to grow through partnerships and volunteer work. The organization aims to create sustaining humanitarian impact which extends beyond its current capacity to conduct dialogue.
Community Engagement
The organization establishes direct communication with local communities through which they will facilitate their needs assessment process and build trust relationships.
Project Development
Engaging with and at the same time witnessing community development in the globe is commendable for any development worker, especially with regards to complex projects and contexts.
Partnership Building
Forge partnerships with humanitarian organizations, local NGOs, and community leaders to achieve maximum distribution of AIDS information for each country and each culture.
Focus Areas:
  • Food distribution and basic needs support serve as the foundation for Food Security.
  • The Education Support program provides learning materials together with academic assistance for students.
  • The Community Care program provides support to shelters while helping neglected and underserved communities.
  • The Youth and Volunteer Engagement program works to engage young people in service activities which create positive impact for their communities.
IYAD Youth Humanitarian Laureate
Recognizing Excellence
IYAD Global Youth Humanitarian Laureate (IYADGYHL) functions as an international award which recognizes youth between 11 and 30 years old for their exceptional humanitarian work and community service efforts and their ethical leadership skills. The award is presented each year on June 13, preferably during major IYAD events such as IYADMUN, an IYAD General Assembly or Summit, or the IYAD World Partners' Summit. The award recognizes young people who make permanent positive changes through their work while IYAD establishes itself as an international platform for youth humanitarian leadership.
Purpose
To acknowledge and appreciate youth who genuinely help others, thus placing IYAD as a global perk for young humanitarian leadership.
Values
The IYAD Global Youth Humanitarian Laureate exists to recognize leaders who demonstrate both compassionate and ethical leadership with their ability to make significant humanitarian contributions while they work to serve their communities.
Eligibility
Eligibility requirements state that all youth between 11 and 30 years in all countries who either self-nominate or receive nominations from others must demonstrate outstanding humanitarian work together with their community service activities and their ethical leadership skills.
Recognition
The award presents recognition to one IYAD Global Youth Humanitarian Laureate and two Humanitarian Merit Distinctions who demonstrate exceptional youth leadership and create significant humanitarian impact.
